Customized Training Program (1:1)
Implement a personalized program based on the client’s goals, level, and needs, to be performed from 1 to 3 weeks.
Provide guidance on exercise technique and training intensity, emphasizing proper movement and progression.
Ensure the client learns key movements and gains confidence in their ability to train independently.
Step 3
Progression & Independence
Training program progress based on the client’s improvement and evolving needs.
Educate clients on how to manage workout intensity, modify exercises, and track their own progress.
Empower clients to train confidently on their own while continuing their fitness journey, and help them understand the "why" behind their workouts.

This is a comprehensive physical assessment to help us understand where you are on the sliding scale of strength and your peak performance. It will also help you to understand how we will guide you to success. Before starting any programs or 1:1 in-person coaching this is done first.

For on-going 1:1 in-person training, we have 45-minute sessions you can book as and when you need once you have completed The Initial Assessment. We also offer 1x, 3x and 5x packages based on your goals. Use your packages as discussed with your Coach.
