Step 1


The assessment

A 1-hour comprehensive physical assessment to gauge your levels of agility, velocity, and strength. We will also benchmark you so we can measure success and progress.

Step 2


tailored training program

Based on your assessment, we will tailor a 4 or 6-week program for you. Regular check-ins will be included to monitor progress and optimise your plan.

Step 3


1:1 personal coaching

1:1 science-based in-person performance coaching should you want to continue and incorporate a healthy injury-risk free training into your lfiestyle.

The Assessment

This is a comprehensive physical assessment to help us understand where you are on the sliding scale of strength and your peak performance. It will also help you to understand how we will guide you to success. Before starting any programs or 1:1 in-person coaching this is done first.

Tailored Training Program

Our performance coach will write you a tailored 4 or 6-week program, will regular check-ins and based on benchmarks we set on your assessment we can optimise as and when we see it is suitable. The structure of the programs include 2 x in-person physical assessments, online check-ins to track and optimise progress, and a take-home program for you to do in your own time.

 

4 Week Program

  • 1 x comprehensive in-person physical assessment

  • 4-week tailored take-home training program based on physical assessment

  • 30-minute online check-in to monitor progress and optimise the program if required

  • 1 x in-person end-of-program physical assessment

 

Cost: $290

 

6 Week Program

  • 1 x comprehensive in-person physical assessment

  • 6-week tailored take-home training program based on physical assessment

  • 2 x 30-minute online check-ins to monitor progress and optimise the program if required

  • 1 x in-person end-of-program physical assessment

 

Cost: $380

 

 

1:1 Personal Coaching

For on-going 1:1 in-person training, we have 60-minute sessions you can book as and when you need once you have completed The Assessment or 4-6 week programs. We also offer 3x and 5x packages should you want to make some cost savings.
